Our Journey
Welcome to The Funky Taco, a place where food is as creative as it is flavorful. Our story began in April of 2013 at the Boise Farmers Market, where we first opened our doors in a converted 1961 Airstream. We didn’t want to be put in a box, so we decided to break free and create a menu that combines flavors from all over the world. From tacos to Asian-inspired dishes, Indian curries, and Americana-style meals, we offer something for everyone!
